At DR&P we make the claims process as simple, solution-focused and swift as possible.

Once you report a claim, your usual contact at DR&P will put you in touch with one of our dedicated claims advisors. They each have years of experience in all types of claims.

Your advisor will liaise with your insurers and keep you informed throughout the claims process.

If a loss adjuster/builder or surveyor is appointed by your insurers we’ll attend the meeting with you to guide you through the process.

Your claim will be handled in-house from start to finish. We always push for the best result and will challenge Insurers on your behalf.

Property claims

  • Statement of the circumstances

  • Photographs of the damage

  • Estimates for the repairs

  • Details of how the business has been affected and costs involved

  • Details of any other parties involved

  • Crime reference number

  • Crime reference number
